New Semester, New Goals

The second fall semester has begun. This round, I have decided to take three courses instead of two. PHP, JavaScript, and technical writing. Typically, I would do two, but I want to get out there and code sooner rather than later. It does not sound like much until I consider that I have a full-time management position, a computer repair business, and four children to rear. Not to mention the time dedicated to nonacademic studies and hobbies to help maintain my sanity Yesterday I received my second certificate of recognition of excellence in scholarship. Though I hit a 100% final grade in Intro to Computer Fundamentals, my overall GPA dipped below 3.9 to 3.88. I still have a chance to graduate summa cum laude, but I desperately need to watch out for those basic classes. Three remain. My goal for the spring semester is to dedicate my time to get…
